✦Service Refunds

Beauty, spa, cosmetic, and wellness services are performed based on professional standards and customer preferences. Due to the personal nature of services provided, completed services are generally non-refundable.

✦Customer Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service, concerns should be reported within 72 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and may offer reasonable corrective measures where appropriate at our discretion.

✦Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. Gift certificates have no expiration date unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

✦Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened services to maintain our schedule for other clients. In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

✦Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in cancellation fees. We reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings from clients with a history of no-shows.

✦Cancellation Policy

Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to serve all clients effectively.
