General Questions
Appointments are strongly recommended to guarantee your preferred time and service availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but to avoid waiting, we suggest booking in advance — especially for weekends and special occasions.
We are conveniently located at 5010 Bayou Blvd, Suite 103, Pensacola, FL 32503, near the Cordova Mall area. Parking is available in our lot.
We are open Sunday 11AM–5PM, Monday 10AM–7PM, Tuesday CLOSED, and Wednesday through Saturday 10AM–7PM.
Yes, free parking is available in our parking lot. We are wheelchair accessible and offer free Wi-Fi for guests.
Services
We offer a comprehensive menu of luxury beauty and wellness services including: Nail Services (manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail enhancements), Beauty Services (hair styling, coloring, blowouts, special occasion styling), Facial Treatments (deep cleansing, anti-aging, hydrating, customized facials), Spa Services (relaxation treatments, skin rejuvenation, wellness packages), and Waxing Services (facial and body waxing).
Treatment times vary by service. Classic manicures take approximately 30 minutes, pedicures 45–75 minutes, facials 60–75 minutes, and spa treatments 60–90 minutes. Packages may take 2–3 hours. We will provide a time estimate when you book your appointment.
Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store. They make a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
Absolutely! We offer luxury spa packages perfect for bridal parties, birthdays, and other special events. Contact us to customize a package that suits your group's needs and budget.
Preparing for Your Visit
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing — especially for body treatments. Avoid heavy meals before spa services. Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your treatment begins.
Before a facial, avoid using harsh exfoliants or retinol products for 24–48 hours. Come with a clean face if possible. After your facial, avoid sun exposure and heavy makeup for at least 24 hours for optimal results.
For waxing services, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about 2 weeks of growth) for best results. For nail services, we can work with any nail length and will advise on the best options during your appointment.
Appointments & Policies
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash. Gift certificates are also accepted as payment.
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may incur a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service cost.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on subsequent appointments, your service may need to be shortened to maintain our schedule. In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Completed beauty and spa services are generally non-refundable due to the nature of personal services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please inform us within 72 hours so we can review your concerns and offer appropriate corrective measures. Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
